For many years, I poured my passion and dedication into learning and mastering the art of energy healing. I had the pleasure of participating in many exceptional school programs, gaining years of experience through school run clinics, health conferences, on-line sessions and from my downtown location. ​Through those years I experienced tremendous growth and change.
My journey as an energy healer began when I found myself having to deal with a health issue. It was then I became devoted to learning ways to heal myself, and others through energy healing, meditation, and energy movement practices like yoga and Qi gong.
I have always been very connected to the energy I experience from people and the environment so learning energy healing came very naturally.

I managed health (fitness) clubs for many years when I was younger, but it was during my 18 years working as a nurse's aid in North Vancouver that made me realize how much I enjoy helping others.
​
As a person who works with energy, I feel I have a responsibility to keep my energy field clear as much as possible. The more clear, coherent and present I am, the better I can help others heal.
